Dr. Peter Royds: (Founder and Director)

Dr Royds acquired a BEng and PhD at Swansea University. His industrial experience prior to forming Factorial Systems includes work with Bosch, mAgility and Raychem (now Tyco-Electronics). Peter also undertakes research in wireless systems at the Institute of Advanced Telecommunications at Swansea University where he is pioneering work in the field of delay tolerant networking and wireless optical communications.

Mr. Adrian Morris:

An experienced entrepreneur and managing director of J42, Adrian is a former assistant director of the CBI in Wales and currently specialises in providing advice and support to technology companies.
